Kisah ini berawal ketika beberapa warga mengantarkan jenazah yang
sudah dimasukkan kedalam keranda. Meskipun keranda jenazah tersebut
diangak oleh enam orang, keranda tersebut masih terasa berat. Sehingga
harus ditambah dua orang lagi untuk mengantarkan jenazah tersebut ke

Padahal tukang gali kubur juga sudah dua kali melebarkan tempat tersebut dari ukuran yang awal. Setelah beberapa kali gagal untuk dikebumikan seorang ustaz meminta kepada salah satu anggota keluarga untuk mengumandangkan azan dalam pemakaman jenazah tersebut. Setelah itu, jenazah tersebut baru bisa dikebumikan.
Beberapa laporan menyebutkan kejadian tersebut benar-benar terjadi di sebuah desa di Negeri Malaysia tepatnya pada tahun 2010. Berdasarkan tetangga Simati, Almarhumah semasa hidupnya suka mengumpat dan menfitnah seseorang tanpa adanya bukti. Selain itu, almarhumah tidak pernah menutup auratnya semasa hidupnya, dirinya suka memakai pakaian yang ketat yang memperlihatkan bentuk tubuhnya.
“Saya sebagai tetangga juga pernah menegur Simati dalam berpakaian, namun kami justru di caci maki serta dilempar dengan sepatu lantaran dia orang kaya,” ungkapnya.
