ibadahnya.
Mimpi sering disebut sebagai bunga tidur. Segala sesuatu dapat terjadi
di dalam mimpi, bahkan bisa menjadi petunjuk dari Allah ataupun godaan
dari setan sehingga kita harus pintar-pintar membedakannya dengan benar.

Kisah ini berasal dari Muhammad bin Qais. Pada suatu saat, ia sedang
berada di dalam masjid, kemudian terdapat seorang laki-laki yang masuk
dengan aura yang terpancar darinya melalui kekhusyukan. Laki-laki itu
sedang melakukan shalat dua rakaat. Saat itulah, orang yang melihatnya

Karena rasa ingin tahunya, Muhammad bin Qais mengikuti laki-laki
tersebut dan ingin bertamu ke rumahnya. Mereka saling bercengkrama

orang-orang di masjid terhadap laki-laki itu. Mengetahuinya, laki-laki
itu megucapkan subhanallah. Ia mengatakan bahwa tidak seharusnya
orang-orang tersebut mengatakan hal yang demikian pada dirinya.
Laki-laki itu pun menceritakan sebuah kisah yang ada di dalam mimpinya
dan mimpi itu juga pernah diceritakan pada Nabi Muhammad SAW.
Mimpi itu bercerita bahwa laki-laki itu sedang berada di taman hijau
luas. Di tengah taman itu ada tiang besi dimana bagian bawahnya adalah
bumi. Sementara itu, bagian atasnya ada di langit dan ada tali di atas
tiang tersebut. Laki-laki itu diminta agar menaiki tiang. Tapi, ia pun
menolak sampai datanglah satu pelayan muda. Pelayan itu pun membantu
laki-laki untuk naik dan ia memberikan pesan agar laki-laki itu
berpegang teguh pada tali tiang tersebut.
Qadarullah, lelaki itu bangun dan tangannya pun menggenggam tali yang
ada di dalam mimpinya. Keesokan harinya, ia mendatangi Rasul untuk
menceritakan segala mimpinya itu. Rasul menjelaskan bahwa taman hijau
itu merupakan taman Islam. Sedangkan, tiang agama ialah tiang Islam.
Lalu tali itu ialah tali yang sangat kuat. Rasulullah memberitahukan
bahwa laki-laki itu merupakan ahli surga dan ia akan selalu memeluk
Islam hingga akhir hayatnya. Hal inilah yang membuat laki-laki itu
diberi julukan ahli surga. Kisah ini dijelaskan dalam sebuah hadits yang
diriwayatkan oleh Muslim dan Imam Bukhari di dalam kitab Shahihnya.
